The Forestry has called some repairs that must be done before the permit can be put into the buyers name. These include electrical, repairing the siding, painting the outside, some foundation work and removal of the lg shed. I have a phy inspection report. Saying that, the inside is really nice , the location is good and the full length covered porch is wonderful. This is a cabin on Nat Forest land. use is by permit. There are 4 costs a year, permit is $ 1700+, water is tiered by use and most are around $400-500 , insurance and taxes. All are yearly costs no monthly costs. Mt Laguna is a special place, wonderful people, 4 seasons, lots of stars. Inside has 2 wood burning stoves, lots of windows open living room and dining room.
