On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this view a strong 8. Not much on the market with a better view at any price. Windows along the back of the home give you that spectacular view from nearly everywhere in the house. Add that to the fact that there is not a step in the place, you have a rare single story find. But this is grandma and grandpa's house. Grandpa keeps everything working properly although he isn't big on upgrades. There are still the popcorn ceilings and a kitchen that needs to be upgraded, and areas covered with wallpaper. The curb appeal is wonderful. The front of this home was always kept as neat and clean as the inside. This home has not been on the market since 1976. It is a warm and comfortable home that hosted many family gatherings and celebrations. Long time neighbors became more like family members than neighbors. Many a warm summer evening was spent out back watching sailboats and sunsets over the ocean. Days were spent out front visiting with neighbors out walking the dog. It's in a great location that allowed the owners to walk to downtown for dinner.
